Cut the beef brisket into pieces, wash and blanch.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Blanch the beef brisket and wash it again and put it into the pressure cooker. Add cooking wine, green onion slices, ginger slices, star anise, salt, chicken essence, bay leaves, and an appropriate amount of water. Press the steam for 15 minutes, then add the tomatoes, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
