Braised pork rice - easy to make!

Yesterday I put a piece of pork belly in when I braised eggs, so today I can have braised pork rice. Just cut the meat into small pieces, boil it, blanch the vegetables, and you have a delicious meal!

Prepare the raw materials, soak the Brazilian mushrooms in advance, and wash the vegetables.

Cut the braised pork into small finger-sized pieces, dice Brazilian mushrooms, and slice onions.

Stir-fry the braised pork into the pot to release the oil.

Pull the braised pork aside and fry the onions until golden brown.

Add Brazilian mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Because the braised pork is salty, add salt to taste as appropriate.
