Savory egg rolls
Overview
I have always made sweet sesame egg rolls, but this time I wanted to try the salty chive egg rolls. Everyone has their own preferences, salty or sweet. Personally, I prefer the sweet sesame egg roll. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add salt and powdered sugar, and stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Add corn oil and mix well.

Sift in cake flour.

Add the green onions and stir evenly, and the egg roll batter is ready.

Preheat both sides of the egg roll mold first. Use the following low heat to make egg rolls throughout the process.

Spoon a ladle of batter onto the egg roll mold.

Close the egg roll mold and wait until there is no popping sound before flipping over and baking. Open it at any time to observe the coloring.

Use two chopsticks to hold the egg roll wrapper and roll it up quickly. If you roll it too slowly, the egg roll wrapper will become brittle when cool and cannot be rolled.

Pull out a chopstick and press lightly to shape. Cool on a wire rack until crisp and ready to serve. If you can't finish it, put it in a crisper immediately.
