Carrot noodles made with a meat grinder
Overview
I bought a hand-made noodle machine before, but it was troublesome and labor-intensive. After mixing the noodles, I had to keep shaking the machine before the noodles would come out. I recently bought a new meat grinder and discovered that the meat grinder can also make noodles. Let’s give it a try. Today, let’s make carrot noodles that children love to eat. According to the manual of the meat grinder, first mix the flour and make a small dough (I want to make carrot noodles, so I have to squeeze the juice first. This machine is also used for juice), then put it into the machine with the standard pasta machine, and the noodles will come out automatically. The noodles that came out in the front were not very smooth, so I put them back and tried again several times, and the noodles that came out were beautiful!
