Wash the pork and prepare the garlic.

Wash the garlic, remove the head and tail, and cut into half-inch dices.

Cut the pork into cubes and marinate it with starch cooking wine for ten minutes. Heat the oil in a pot, then add the diced pork and stir-fry until it changes color, remove and set aside.

Add oil to the pot and sauté the diced garlic until it becomes raw.

Make a sauce with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar. Pour the fried diced meat into the pot, then pour in the prepared sauce and stir well.
