Mix low-gluten flour and golden cheese powder and sift twice.

Cut the butter into small pieces, add water, milk, salt and fine sugar, heat until boiling and remove from heat.

Pour in the sifted flour all at once and mix quickly.

Mix well and then turn on the heat again. Use medium heat and stir while heating until a thin film appears on the bottom of the pot. Turn off the heat.

When it is not hot to the touch, pour in the whole egg liquid in 4 batches. (Stir evenly each time before adding the next time)

The mixed batter should be shiny, smooth, and relatively viscous. When the scooped up batter falls slowly, it will form an inverted triangle shape.

Put the batter into a piping bag. (Use a round flower nozzle with a diameter of about 1cm)

Pipe out plump rounds of batter about 4cm in diameter at intervals, and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of pearl sugar.
