Wash the shrimps, drain the water, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for a while. Just add a little salt, because you need to drizzle soy sauce on the pan at the end;

Cover with a lid or wrap in high-temperature plastic wrap and steam in a pot;

I steamed it in a pot over cold water for about 15 minutes (because the steaming bowl I used was relatively deep, so the time would be longer. A shallow bowl would not take so long). When the egg liquid solidified, open the lid and place the marinated shrimps on it, and continue steaming for 5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked;
