I have made a lot of pasta with pumpkin, and I like its color and taste. The Raisin Pumpkin Hair Cake I made today is really a bit beyond my expectation. Not only is it super soft and bouncy, but it is also elastic. It feels like QQ when you press it lightly with your fingers!
