Hand-in-hand bear bread

Hand-in-hand bear bread

Overview

I made this hand-in-hand bear bread for my second child. Although the shaping is a little complicated, the effect is really good. Both the shape and taste are suitable for babies. Erbao loved the finished bear bread so much that she kept holding it in her arms like a toy and refused to let go. She carried it wherever she went 😂 The most important thing is that she who doesn’t usually like to eat bread actually ate more than two! 😋 Moms with cute babies must try this bread!

Steps

  1. Except butter, pour all the liquid ingredients into the bread machine, then pour in the high-gluten flour, and finally add yeast into the flour

  2. In order to prevent the flour from splattering when the machine is started, first use chopsticks to stir it into cotton wool

  3. Start the dough kneading program. After the dough kneading program is completed, take a piece of dough. The dough will form a thick and easily broken film. Add butter and continue to start the dough kneading program

  4. After the second dough kneading process, take a piece of dough to check. The dough can now be easily stretched out into a thin and strong film, commonly known as a glove film. Knead the dough into a round ball in the bread machine and use the fermentation function to double the size of the dough. Take it out (I forgot to take a photo of this step)

  5. Take out the fermented dough and press it flat to deflate. First, take 72 grams of dough, 12 grams each, for a total of 6 bear heads. 132 grams of dough, 22 grams each, for a total of 6 bodies. In order to ensure a beautiful finished product, each piece must be carefully flattened and flattened. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes

  6. Apply a small amount of butter to the bottom of the center column of the hollow mold. Arrange the bear's body evenly first, leaving space in the middle of each bear, so that the bear's head can sit on the bear's body. This will start the secondary fermentation. You can use the fermentation function in the oven, or you can add a bowl of hot water in the microwave to close the door and use the temperature of the water to ferment. The best secondary fermentation temperature is 35 degrees and the time is between 40-60 minutes.

  7. All laid out

  8. Use the time in the second round to make the bear's feet, ears and hands. Take 36 grams of dough and divide it into 3 grams by 12 parts for the feet. Take 18 grams and divide it into 3 grams by 6 parts for the ears. Take 15 grams and 2.5 grams by 6 parts for the hands. Be sure to roll them into round shapes so that the finished product will look good. Because the total grams of dough may not be exactly the same, there will be a difference. Please allocate the dough reasonably according to the amount of dough you have to avoid waste! Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and set aside

  9. The second hair is ready. My time is 35 degrees and 40 minutes

  10. Dip the bear's feet, ears, and hands with appropriate amounts of water and stick them on the bear's body

  11. Preheat the oven and set the upper and lower tubes to 140 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the oven in the third compartment of the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring to prevent the color from being too dark and affecting the appearance (because oven brands and models are different, the temperature and time are for reference only!)

  12. Immediately after taking out the mold, let it cool to room temperature
