Meat should be purchased with 7 points lean and 3 points fat. Must have fresh meat

Mushrooms and garlic. Soak the mushrooms in water until soft, mince them, and smash the garlic.

The pork should be cut into small pieces one by one. Can't use chopped ones. Will affect the taste.

Add sweet potato starch, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and soy sauce to the cut meat. Mushrooms and garlic, mix well. You can also add some sesame oil. It will smell better this way!

Prepare a plate and apply a layer of oil on the plate (the steamed meatballs will not stick to the plate) and mix the meat into a small ball. Place them one by one.

Place in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes

You can also sprinkle some chopped green onion on top. But there just happened to be no more at home.
