Stir-fried razor clams
Overview
I originally wanted to eat sixty clams, but the chef unexpectedly bought back razor clams. It’s delicious, and the juice can be mixed with rice!

Pour the razor clams with water several times to release the sand.

Cut the condiments and set aside.

Add garlic and millet pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add razor clams and fry for 1-2 minutes.
