monkey bread
Overview
What first attracted me to this bread was its interesting name. As I looked down at the recipe and ingredients, I felt that this pasta must be delicious. Today I finally had time to try this long-favorite bread. The sugar juice on the surface of the finished product seems to be flowing down, which looks very appetizing.

Steps
-
In the ingredients list, the sponge starter is on the left. Put the ingredients inside into the bread bucket, start the kneading speed and stir the starter thoroughly. The first five items on the right are the main dough. Mix the ingredients in the main dough except butter and salt together, pour it on the sponge starter, do not stir, and wait for fermentation
-
After the fermentation is ready, you can knead the dough. Add salt and start the kneading process. After stirring for 15 minutes, add butter. Continue stirring for 10 minutes and let the dough rise until it doubles in size
-
While the sponge starter is fermenting, you can prepare the filling. Soak the raisins in rum and boiling water for 1 hour, drain and set aside. Bake the walnuts at 170 degrees for 15 minutes and then chop them
-
Prepare the dipping ingredients while the dough is fermenting. Put the dipping ingredients (the last three ingredients) together, heat them in the microwave for 1 minute and mix well
-
After fermentation, take out the exhaust gas
-
Divide the dough into 14g pieces
-
The divided dough is immediately rounded, no need to relax, and dipped directly into the sauce
-
Put it into a six-inch chiffon mold, spread a layer of dough and put half of the filling
-
Place a layer of dipping dough on top, then put the other half of the filling, and place the remaining dipping dough on top and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size
-
Put the fermented dough into the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, cover with tin foil, and continue heating for 10 minutes.
