Wash and drain the chicken wings, marinate with braised sauce, salt and chicken powder for more than an hour.

Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the stove plate (pay attention to the same direction), set the oven at 150° for 25 minutes, and put the chicken wings into the oven for the first time after 5 minutes. After 25 minutes, take out the chicken wings, turn them over one by one, with the fatter side facing up, put them back into the oven, and bake them for the second time at 250° for 10 minutes. After about 9 minutes, take out the stove plate, pour in the juice from the marinated chicken wings, push it back into the oven again, and start cooking the noodles.
