Wash the zucchini.

Cut into shreds and set aside.

Knock into bowl.

Add a little salt and stir to disperse, set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry, mash into pieces with a shovel, then add the zucchini, add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste, stir-fry a few times and it's ready.
