Prepare ingredients: wolfberry leaves, free-range eggs, and wind ginger.

Pick the wolfberry leaves, soak them and wash them (be sure to pick them carefully, as there are thorns on the wolfberry stems that can easily hurt your hands). Wash the wolfberry leaves and set aside.)

Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs first.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, add ginger and fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the wolfberry leaves and cook for up to two minutes.
