Oil-free version of golden potato balls
Overview
The last time I made baked mashed potatoes, my daughter was not satisfied with them. This time I changed the way of eating them. I fried them in an air fryer without oil. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I think it reduced the calories much compared to adding cheese, and it was crispier and healthier

Steam the potatoes and press them into puree, add some salt and mix well

Bacon diced, peas, corn kernels cooked

Add bacon and stir-fry

Add peas, corn kernels, and pepper

Mix well with mashed potatoes

Prepare egg liquid, flour and bread crumbs

Roll the potatoes into balls

Coat in flour, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in turn

Line the air fryer basket with tin foil and fry at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
