Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring to a boil, add sago dew and cook until translucent, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes (sago dew also varies, I still have a lot of white spots after simmering)

Soak in cold water and wash twice because it is very sticky

Pour cold water and sago into the pot and simmer for five minutes until there are no white spots and it becomes transparent

Allow the sago to cool and set aside

Add appropriate amount of pitaya, two spoons of condensed milk, one box of milk is 250ml and white sugar

Use the ACA handheld multifunctional food processor to make juice

Strain the juice once

Just add an appropriate amount of sago and your favorite fruits to the juice (the taste will be better after refrigeration)

The whole sago is red and pink, it looks good and tastes good
