Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and mix thoroughly;

Wash the leeks and cut into sections;

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid, when it is almost solidified, stir-fry for a while, then scoop it up and set aside;

Then stir-fry the leeks until they are tender and soft, then add salt and chicken powder; (You don’t need to stir-fry for too long, as the texture will become stale)

Finally, pour in the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly.
