Sausage and Potato Pancakes
Overview
The sausage meat in strips bought at Wamart supermarket is more convenient to use. The manufacturer has already seasoned the meat with a little rosemary aroma. Just unpack it into pieces and fry or bake them in a pot or grill. It can also be said to be a semi-finished product. I buy one or two home from time to time. In emergencies, it is also very convenient to fry them into pancakes and sandwich them with bread or roll them into small balls to stir-fry vegetables.
