MSG, chicken essence, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, chili pepper wedges, Sichuan peppercorns, rock sugar.

Wash and dry the tofu and set aside.

Cut the dried tofu into irregular diamond-shaped slices.

Dry and fry the cut tofu until it changes colour.

In a separate pan, stir-fry the chili peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns over low heat until fragrant. At the same time, stir-fry the rock sugar and tomato paste. Then add the deep-fried tofu and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of water and mix in MSG, chicken essence, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat to add the flavor, then turn to high heat to absorb the juice.
