Ginger, Date, Hawthorn and Apple Soup
Overview
I accidentally saw a jujube, hawthorn and apple soup, and suddenly I was enlightened. I had 3/4 apples left from making the cake and a bunch of hawthorns for use. This soup came at the perfect time. In the blink of an eye, a new idea popped up. The old ginger, date and apple soup can be combined with this jujube, hawthorn and apple soup. It warms the body, dispels cold, and activates blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Just right for this rainy weather. Not too much brown sugar is added, the apples and jujubes are sweet enough, and the hawthorns don’t seem so sour. . . .
