  1. Defrost the palm treasure, wash it several times, and control the moisture.

  2. Add a bag of Orleans marinade, two eggs, onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and cooking oil to the palm and mix well.

  4. Soak the bamboo skewers in boiling water for 15 minutes. The bamboo skewers will not burn easily when grilled.

  5. Put the pickled palm treasure on a bamboo skewer. The palm treasure is more difficult to wear, so be careful to poke your hand.
