Stir-fried potato tips
Overview
My mother went back to her hometown and pinched a handful of potato vine tips. She was used to steaming the leaves and eating them with garlic juice. She didn't steam them this time because the tender tips looked good, so she just fried them. This side dish was really good when fried, and it was even more delicious than the water spinach.

Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper.
