Mocha Brownie
Overview
The rich brownies I made last time were said to be gone in no time. This time I will make a coffee flavored brownie. I don’t know how popular it will be. Continuing to use almonds instead of walnuts, this detail apparently didn’t bother anyone.

Prepare materials

Pour the butter and chocolate cut into small pieces into a large bowl

Heat over water, stir and melt

Take out the bowl, add sugar and salt, mix well

Add the beaten eggs and mix well

Add coffee and stir well

Mix cocoa powder and cake flour, sift into chocolate paste, mix well

Add chopped almonds

Mix well

Pour into the mold

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, middle rack, and bake for about 25 minutes

After completely cool, remove from the mold
