Wash the cucumbers and cut them in half (my dad grows them himself, which is a little different from those grown in greenhouses on the street)

Cut diagonally

Crush garlic

Put the cut cucumber into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of sugar, add the chopped garlic, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Put oil in the pot, add a few peppercorns seeds, stir-fry the peppercorns smell, take out the peppercorns

Add the dried chili segments and stir-fry, be careful when frying until it becomes mushy. Mine was a bit mushy☹️

Pour everything in the pot into the pickled cucumbers

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, mature vinegar, salt, steamed fish soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well

Plate and serve
