Sai kimchi

Sai kimchi

Overview

I rarely buy pickles at home, and sometimes I make some quick pickles based on seasonal ingredients. This pickle is a very suitable appetizer for autumn and winter. The radish slices are soft but not rotten, crisp and refreshing, sweet and sour, slightly spicy, appetizing and relieving greasiness. It’s easy and fast, and it’s well worth a try!
