Overview
The first time I saw this cake was in the TV series My Name is Kim Sam Soon. I was immediately attracted by its appearance, and I have been itching to make this cake. Years later I bought this mold and finally made my first madeleine, it was a little too dark but tasted great! Baking time 20 minutes, temperature 170 degrees

Add powdered sugar to eggs and stir until dissolved

Add lemon zest, mix sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder, stir until smooth after adding each ingredient

Add melted butter and mix well

Put the mixed liquid into the refrigerator for 1 hour until the batter becomes thick

Apply a layer of butter in the mold in advance, then sprinkle it evenly with flour, shake off the even flour, pour the batter into a piping bag, and squeeze it into the mold until it is 80% full

Place in a preheated 170 degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes
