Spicy fish
Overview
When I saw the lively little fish at the vegetable market, I quickly bought a few and slowly fried them in vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown. Add red pepper and garlic. The freshness of the little fish supplements calcium and goes well with rice.

We call the small fish green-skinned and tender. The meat has many thorns and few thorns. It can be fried or boiled. It is delicious no matter how you cook it.
