Add the fish balls and stir-fry until the fish balls change color slightly, then pour it into the cooking pot (you can also add water directly, because the soup of the curry balls made this way is thicker, I personally think this is more convenient, I am too lazy to wash the pot~)

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat

Open the water and add 3 pieces of curry cubes (the actual amount depends on the amount of fish balls. If there are more, you can add more. The cooked soup can be eaten with rice. It is very fragrant and appetizing~~)

Add some coconut milk, stir evenly, simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes, the soup will become thicker and thicker

The cooked fish balls can be eaten immediately, or they can be eaten after an hour or two to make them more delicious. I don’t like to eat them hot. If they are eaten cold, they will be especially chewy~~
