Braised Chicken with Mushrooms
Overview
After making this dish, I discovered that it is actually a famous dish from the Northeast - chicken stewed with mushrooms, and it tastes good too. I made this dish based on a southern home-cooked recipe, and it tastes good.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half.

Cut chicken into cubes.

Prepare the ingredients, star anise and Sichuan peppercorns.

Blanch the chicken first.

Pour 3 tablespoons of Yi Shu Tang sesame oil
