Prepare the ingredients

Bring the water to a boil, add a small amount of salt, and add the pasta

Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps and pick out the sand string. Add a small amount of cooking wine, salt and corn starch and knead them evenly and set aside

Blanch the vegetable cubes, onions, garlic, and tomatoes

Boil the pasta for 10-15 minutes, remove and drain

Pour in an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, add a small amount of water and cook for a minute or two. Add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar and chicken essence to reduce the juice
