Overview
Kelp needs to be thick to be delicious! Be sure to taste the kelp when cutting it! This dish is so fresh that no chicken essence is needed!

Cut the potato slices thicker

You should buy thicker kelp

Slice kelp and set aside

Sauté chopped green onions in hot pan with cold oil

Add water, add kelp and simmer for 10 minutes

Place the potato slices on top without adding soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add salt and reduce the juice over high heat
