Sausage Salad
Overview
In order to make colorful baking in the past two days, I bought a lot of colored ingredients. Such as purple cabbage, pumpkin, carrots, blueberries, etc. One after another, other ingredients were eliminated, leaving only purple cabbage. Thinking about the overrun of mint at home, why not pinch some mint and make a salad with purple cabbage. Although it is a salad, I have always been a carnivore and I don’t like to eat vegetarian salads~~ I fried a few Jenny’s delicious fresh meat sausages and mixed them with each other. It was so delicious~o(∩_∩)o~~

Prepare ingredients: sausage, mint, purple cabbage;

Remove the hard stems from the purple cabbage, tear it into pieces, and wash it together with the mint leaves; then soak it in light salt water for a while; then wash the purple cabbage and mint, and soak it in cold boiled water for a while;
