Seafood porridge
Overview
The simplest way to buy fresh swimming crabs from the vegetable market is to steam them. Today I use them to cook seafood porridge. After simmering on low heat for 2 hours, I took a bite of the rice porridge, which was salty and delicious. The swimming crab meat was plump and sweet. My daughter said it was so delicious!

After buying two fresh swimming crabs, clean them, cut them into small pieces and put them in a basin. Add some cooking wine, salt, white pepper, green onions and ginger and marinate them for a while.
-
Soak the scallops in cooking wine until soft, heat them in the microwave, remove them and grind them into shreds with the back of a knife. Cut winter vegetables into small pieces and set aside.
-
Add a little blended oil to the pot, add winter cabbage grains and dry beets and stir-fry evenly.

Boil water in an electric stew pot and add rice washed in advance. It is best to add enough water at one time.

After boiling, add the dried winter vegetables that have been fried in advance and stew together with the thick soup.

After cooking for more than an hour, when you see the rice blooming, add the swimming crab and shredded ginger and mix well.
-
After continuing to simmer for another 10 minutes, the swimming crab turns red and is cooked, then add a few vegetable cubes.
-
Finally, add some salt and white pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped green onion or chopped coriander.
-
Take it out of the pot and put it into a bowl. Take a bite of the rice porridge, which is salty and delicious. The swimming crab meat is full and sweet.
