Beef and cheese pizza
Overview
I have made seafood cheese pizza before, and today I am going to make a beef cheese pizza. I feel that the cheese pizza tastes better than ordinary pizza. The reason is that there is so much cheese in it that it is difficult to think whether it tastes good or not.

Steps
-
Mix flour, milk, yeast, sugar, corn oil and knead into a smooth dough, cover tightly and set aside to ferment until doubled in size.
-
Wash and slice the beef, add half a spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of black pepper and mix well.
-
Wash and cut green and red peppers and onions.
-
Take out the fermented dough and flatten it into a piece larger than the pizza pan.
-
Place in an 8- to 9-inch pizza pan.
-
Place a circle of cheese on the side.
-
Then wrap the cheese with the dough and pinch it tightly with your hands.
-
Use scissors to cut evenly into small slits on the edges of the cheese.
-
Twist it again with your hands so that the cheese cut is facing up.
-
First spread a layer of pizza sauce in the middle, then a layer of cheese.
-
Then add green and red peppers and onions. (Onions, green and red peppers must be blanched until half-cooked to remove the water, otherwise, water will come out during baking) I forgot to take pictures of this step, sorry!
-
Add beef slices.
-
Finally sprinkle a thick layer of cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
-
Put it into the middle and lower layers of the oven and bake it at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
Finished product.
