Peel the winter melon and cut into 1cm thick pieces

Wash the green onions and cut into sections

Remove the garlic cloves and mince them

If you don’t have ready-made roasted bones from the supermarket, you can use ham instead

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add garlic and green onions and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the roasted bones and stir-fry
-
Then pour in the winter melon
-
Sprinkle in salt
-
And black pepper powder, stir-fry evenly

Pour a bowl of water
-
After boiling, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the winter melon is soft

Before serving, add a little light soy sauce and mix well
