Braised chicken wing roots
Overview
My mother-in-law's braised chicken wing roots are particularly popular with the neighbors. The method is simple and easy to learn. Moreover, this method can also be used to braise duck and rabbit meat, so I copied it ^_^

Some chicken wings, thawed and washed

Prepare green onion slices, ginger slices, peppercorns, aniseed, cinnamon, and bay leaves (you can add other seasonings according to personal taste)

Put the seasonings and chicken wing roots into the pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the floating residue

Remove the chicken wing roots, rinse and set aside

Prepare appropriate amount of rock sugar
