Luffa and Clam Soup
Overview
This clam was dug up by a friend at the beach for no money. It was still alive when it was delivered, and it was raised in sea water and spit out all the sand. I didn't spend any money on the loofah. I grew it myself in my parents' yard. I only had a small amount of shiitake mushrooms, which I bought with money. I made a big bowl of extremely delicious silken flower clam soup.
