Strawberry jam bread (medium)
Overview
I have been baking for more than 3 years. I rarely make bread. It’s not that I don’t love it. I just worry about kneading the dough! The little friends at home love to eat it, and they will make it every once in a while. In fact, it is not difficult to find a way to knead the dough, and it is a bit addictive. Watching a ball of mud-like dough gradually become smooth and elastic under your skillful hands, it is a great sense of accomplishment! Here are the ingredients and steps needed for today’s bread:

Mix the three kinds of ingredients evenly, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for overnight fermentation. Mix all the ingredients in the main dough except butter and salt, add the fermented medium-sized dough, and knead until smooth to pull out a thick and easily broken film (you need to be patient at this time, the dough will be sticky at first);
-
Add softened butter and salt to the dough, and knead until a large film can be drawn out of the dough. The method I use is to knead and beat the dough. The medium-sized dough is relatively easy to form a film;
-
Put the kneaded dough into a basin and cover it with plastic wrap, and turn on the oven to fermentation mode for the first fermentation;
-
Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 18 equal portions. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Wrap it with strawberry jam and then shape it into a mold for the second fermentation. Brush the fermented dough with egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Put it in the oven and heat it to 160 degrees and lower it to 175 degrees for 40 minutes. To prevent excessive coloring, please cover it with tin foil in time.
