Sichuan Mapo Tofu
Overview
Mapo tofu is a Sichuan dish that many people love to eat. My family is a bit afraid of hemp, so I didn’t sprinkle the sauteed pepper noodles in the last step, but the homemade spicy oil contained hemp. My family loves it very much, and even my baby, who is afraid of spicy food, can’t help but pick it up again and again.

Ingredients picture, doubanjiang should be chopped finely

Blanch the tofu and set aside

Put oil in a pot and sauté minced onion, ginger and garlic

Add bell peppers and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Add homemade spicy red oil

Add minced beef and stir fry until cooked

Add appropriate amount of water and boil

Add the tofu and cook for a few minutes until the flavor develops

Add light soy sauce, water starch, and no salt because there is already salt in the seasoning
