Overview

Mapo tofu is a Sichuan dish that many people love to eat. My family is a bit afraid of hemp, so I didn’t sprinkle the sauteed pepper noodles in the last step, but the homemade spicy oil contained hemp. My family loves it very much, and even my baby, who is afraid of spicy food, can’t help but pick it up again and again.

  2. Blanch the tofu and set aside

  3. Put oil in a pot and sauté minced onion, ginger and garlic
