Material diagram. Brush the shells of white clams with a toothbrush and cook until the shells open. Set aside.

Beat the eggs evenly, add an equal volume of water, and add a few drops of light soy sauce.

Put the white clams into the egg liquid, seal with plastic wrap (optional, use eggs to make it smoother), steam with hot water for 5 minutes (steam with cold water for 6 minutes).

Prepare chopped green onions.

Turn off the heat, pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a few drops of oil and sesame oil, and simmer with residual heat for 5 minutes (or steam for another 2-3 minutes). Just sprinkle in chopped green onion.
