Bean bone soup noodles (baby noodles)
Overview
Today, I suddenly remembered that when I was working, a sister made me midnight snack noodles, and my mouth watered! Today I will follow the instructions and I hope I can do a good job! This is my first time posting a recipe, so please forgive me for any inaccuracies

I forgot to take a family photo, so I made the bone soup two hours in advance (because it is for the baby, so it takes a lot of effort). I like the original flavor of the bone soup. There is nothing added. I just add enough water at one time, then bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat. After about two hours, the bone soup will turn white!
-
After boiling the bone broth, strain it through a sieve to remove the broken bones!
-
Fly the beans into the water and cut into small pieces. Chop the pork into meat sauce (I removed the pork from the pork bones)
-
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beans
-
Add the meat sauce and stir-fry until evenly cooked, add salt and soy sauce (my baby likes soy sauce) ps: Because it is for babies, I added some bone broth and cooked it!
-
After frying the beans, put them on a plate, put the bone broth into the pot and bring to a boil
-
While the soup is cooking, chop up the handmade noodles! (convenient for feeding)
-
Cook the noodles, season with some salt, and garnish with some chopped green onion
-
Put the noodles into a bowl and put the beans on top ~ you're done (๑><๑)
-
I'll eat the rest of the baby's food myself, leaving Lao Ganma alone! Tastes great~
