Egg Pancake with Pepper and Day Needles
Overview
A small handful of enoki mushrooms in the refrigerator had been so forgotten. When I discovered that they were no longer fresh, I simply experimented with them and added homemade chopped peppers to make an egg pancake. It was fragrant and slightly spicy, with a strong garlic aroma, which was very good!

Blanch the enoki mushrooms with water, remove and drain.

Cut into pieces.

Add eggs.

Add homemade chopped pepper.

Add a little salt and beat.

Put a little oil in a pan.
