Hibiscus Broccoli
Overview
Broccoli is rich in anthocyanins, which are antioxidants and anti-aging. Fry the egg white and egg yolk separately to get different textures and flavors. Add some vinegar and ginger juice to stir-fry the crab flavor.

Break the broccoli into small florets, add salt to the water in the pot, boil a few drops of cooking oil, add the broccoli, boil again, remove and cool.
