First, take apart the cauliflower, wash it, and boil it in water.

Remove from pan and drain.

Prepare Sichuan peppercorns, dried sea pepper and ginger. If you like spicy food, you can cut the dried sea pepper into two sections.

Pour some oil into the pan.

When the oil is hot, add the dried sea pepper, Sichuan peppercorns and ginger.

When the color of the dried sea pepper turns darker, add the drained cauliflower and stir-fry.

When the cauliflower is soft, add salt.

Add MSG again.

Then continue to stir-fry a few more times.

Turn off the heat and take out the pot!
