Raspberry mousse cake (bath doll version)
Overview
This weekend is my cousin’s granddaughter’s birthday, so I have to make the cake! When the weather is hot, the only thing I think about is making mousse cake. Today I made a mousse paste made with homemade raspberry jam, and added a silly doll that all children love!

Steps
-
Use 2 slices of the 8-inch cake baked in advance. Cut off the edges of the cake to make it smaller than the mold
-
Wrap the bottom of the removable bottom cake mold with tin foil
-
Boil homemade raspberry jam with appropriate amount of water and let cool slightly
-
Add gelatine slices that have been soaked in cold water until soft, mix well and cool
-
Whip 250 grams of whipping cream and 50 grams of sugar
-
Pour the cooled raspberry jam into the whipped cream
-
Stir evenly into raspberry mousse paste
-
Take a piece of cake and put it underneath
-
Add canned yellow peach particles cut into small pieces in advance
-
Pour appropriate amount of raspberry mousse paste
-
Add another slice of cake
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of raspberry mousse paste. There was less raspberry mousse paste in mine, so I simply left the second piece of cake exposed. Place it in the refrigerator overnight
-
Wash the doll and wrap it in tin foil
-
Take it out on the second day, blow it around with a hair dryer or use a hot towel to remove the film
-
Make a space in the middle of the cake
-
Beat the light cream with sugar, take out a small amount of white, add some rose essence to the rest and stir until pink
-
Put it into a piping bag, cut a hole, and squeeze out thin lines
-
After putting the doll in, fill the empty space with whipped cream
-
Finally, use white whipping cream to squeeze large dots to make soap bubbles
