Fried spiced peanuts
Overview
This year’s peanut harvest is bumper. My husband works out of town. He always brings fried peanuts with him when he comes home once a week. Peanuts are a must-have on the table when my mother-in-law is here. Maybe this is the taste of home that my husband remembers! No matter how far away or how long he is away, what he will never forget is his hometown flavor!

Steps
-
Wash the peanuts, add water and add them to the eggs.
-
Add salt.
-
Add Sichuan peppercorns.
-
Stir the thirteen incense evenly with chopsticks.
-
Pour in the cornstarch while stirring.
-
There is not a lot of batter like this but it is enough for each peanut to be covered with batter.
-
Heat oil in a pot until it is 70% hot and add peanuts.
-
Fry until it floats, but don't wait until it turns yellow, because the peanuts are still hot when taken out, and they may look yellow but are actually mushy.

Crispy and crispy, it leaves a mouthful of flavor when you eat it!
