Delicious durian cake
Overview
The fragrant durian puff pastry I shared today is the second time I made it. It was quite successful. Although it didn’t have the effect of thousand-layer puff pastry, the baked durian puff pastry was crispy and the durian filling was sweet. I gave it to a friend to taste and praised the craftsmanship. It looks like it takes a lot of time, but actually, once you master the steps, you can do it very quickly. I rarely make desserts because I rarely eat sweet things. However, I never get tired of eating this dessert for several days in a row. Why? Because durian is sweeter and more fragrant after roasting! Authentic. Friends who like to eat durian can give it a try.
