Corn leaf and red date rice dumplings
Overview
Although the Dragon Boat Festival has passed for several days. But I still wrote a recipe for this rice dumpling to share. Just because this year's rice dumplings are made by myself, they are really ugly. So I looked for opportunities to practice my skills again. Today’s rice dumplings do not use reed leaves or bamboo leaves. When I went to the countryside to pick vegetables, I saw corn on the ground with wide green leaves. I thought, could it be used to make rice dumplings? So I folded a lot of corn leaves, and after cleaning them, I was able to make green rice dumplings. And the cooked rice dumplings still have the fragrance of corn leaves.
