Crack the whole eggs into a bowl and add all the sugar.

Use an electric egg beater to beat at high speed until the egg liquid increases and becomes lighter in color. Continue beating at level 3.

Beat the egg liquid until it is completely puffy. Lift the egg beater and the dripping egg liquid will not disappear immediately. Sift in the flour in two batches and mix quickly. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir evenly.

Pour the egg batter into the paper cup and fill it eight to nine percent full. I made 13 cups. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 150 degrees for 3 minutes, and bake on the middle shelf of the baking sheet for 20 minutes.
